For over 15 years — ClearWeave Careers has connected Neurodivergent individuals with businesses for employment across the United States (in several states).  We are based in Valley Village, CA (Los Angeles) and the NYC Metro region (Bristol, CT).

We have placed people in jobs in the following states: California, New York, Connecticut, Louisiana, New Jersey, and North Carolina.

No place is too far for us to find you a job (within the United States and Canada).

If you are Neurodivergent and looking for employment anywhere in the United States — we can help.  We do this by researching your area and reaching out to businesses in your area until you are placed in a job.  We have built effective strategies / techniques for this over our 15+ years in operation.

We also support companies with their Neurodivergent employment / Neurodiversity efforts.  We help them with recruiting, interviewing, and retention.  

Organizations hiring someone via our services — gain a valuable / loyal / intelligent asset to their team.

We typically support those on the Autism Spectrum.  We also support anyone having challenges re-entering the workforce.  

In addition to Autism — some of this includes people with: ADHD, depression, anxiety disorder.

In regard to payment — we accept private pay, self-determination (in California), and OPWDD (in NY).
